We are in Townsville for the State Athletics titles and this location is perfectly central to the grounds, The Strand and Townsville city.

The service was warm, friendly and very inviting The room was quite spacious, very neat and tidy with a wonderful little kitchenette 🤩 and a generous sized fridge and a microwave. It also had a nice night-time view of Castle Hill
Stayed here for the Wallabies v Argentina rugby match. Service was wonderful. Our host was a lovely man and helped us out with places to go for a meal after the match. Rooms are older, but well looked after. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable. These are the most important things to me. Will stay here again. Be warned though, the walk up the hill after a few drinks is sure to test you!
