Best mortgage experience I recently bought a new house and shopped around for mortgages. I found Kevin to be the most competitive and best to work with. Kevin was very proactive throughout the process and kept monitoring rates right up till closing so that he was able to negotiate and get me an even better rate than the initial GFE. I'll definitley work with him again and would recommend him to my friends.

refinancing I was very very happy with Kevin Lee's work he did when I refinanced. He was very prompt at getting back to me any time I had a question about anything. I would recommend him to any of my friends. When I was going to refinance I went to Better Business rating and found that Summit Mortgage had an A+ so that is the reason I picked them. Kevin proved it to me and I would give him an A+ for all his work.
