Kerry and the Owner were gracious and kind! Having the owner show me the process of preparing the grave stone gave me comfort because I know it will be prepared by people who truly care! I welcomed their input regarding color and finish. I know I made the right decision by choosing Summit Memorials!
Have always been so proud of the headstone they designed for my father. I went in with a general idea and they added detail to my base image and really brought it to life. Also I was worried that it wasn’t going to be finished on time (I had a deadline) but they adhered to the schedule & fulfilled my order on time. Only slight mishap is when they went to place the headstone at the plot, they couldn’t find the plot that was covered in leaves. The process of ordering my in-laws’ grave marker from out of province was made so simple with Summit Memorial and Charlene. She took care of everything and made sure we were aware of each step. The end result was beautiful and presented so thoughtfully. Definitely recommend Summit Memorial.
