I am very satisfied with Dr. Thumar, however, I must say that the office staff alone would be rated a “1” star. You are very fortunate if someone picks up the phone, and if in the event you need to speak with a nurse or doctor to discuss an urgent matter you could wait hours before you receive a return call. They are desperately in need of an office manager who would establish some standards for acceptable levels of service to patients. In rating a three star only because of the quality of the doctor.

On 6/03/25 you sent a refund check to the wrong address and by the time I got it the 90 days had elapsed. I called on 09/04/2025 and explained that my husband had passed in 2024 and I sent his death certificate. I have called seven different times in October, November, and twice in December. Each time I call I get a different story. How incompetent are your employees? Or is it company policy to stall in paying your obligations? Now they tell me the check was reissued on 11/19 but not mailed until 12/10 and that I should get ... read more

Doctors are good but current office staff is horrendous. Lacks manners, professionalism and seems as if you are bothering them when you call. Extremely frustrating to have a conversation with this staff and I encourage their supervisors to call and experience it for themselves. I’m switching doctors because of this.

What on earth is going on with the admin portion of this office? Why is it impossible to get someone to ANSWER THE PHONE? I've been trying for 3 days to make an appt. Now I'm done trying.
