First, I am very satisfied with the local staff of doctors and nurses at my office *BUT* I am greatly dissatisfied with the overall corporate lack of attention to privacy! Just to supposedly "confirm" an appointment, they have empowered a 3rd party company to annoy me with unending emails and texts. Furthermore, both of these lead to a "confirmation" page that asks for personal information AND states that I agree to the 3rd party "Terms of Use" if I click OK!? I was wrongfully discharged for verbal abuse. There were two nurses trying to favor a Covid test on me after prior diagnosis of asthmatic bronchitis. They wanted to shove the swab deep into my nose and I had a friend with me asking them nicely not to go far. The nurse was hateful toward my friend saying she’ll go as far as she “had to” and things went heated. I am disabled and visually impaired, and they treated me like hell. I tried to explain the situation and the manager of the group didn’t care.
