Called to make appointment for mammogram, I was told the latest appointment was 3:00 in 3 months. I was told no late appointments or weekends. So I took the appointment. I had to take time off but I did because the technicians there are very good. When I went I was told they do have late appointments!!! After the test I go home and get a call 30 mins later to say the radiologist wants me to come in again for more images. Why didn’t they notice before I left? Be aware that if you go there for a scan. They can bill you multiple times if they did scan on multiple body parts! Other imaging center does it by visit. But here no! Even that scan is only for one health issue. My husband visited rheumatologist and needed his annual scan for that check up. Got billed 3 times for xray. Because “they did cray on three body parts”. He has annual check up with rheumatologist elsewhere and also did scan annually for that check up but never had this issue.

Unprofessional, disorganized, unreliable. I scheduled breast imaging for cancer screening here. Someone called me 3 days before my appointment to tell me that my order was missing diagnosis codes and they would need a new order or my appointment would be cancelled. Fine. Within 3 hours of the call, I went to my doctors office, obtained a new order, and emailed it to them. Summit replied confirming they received it. TERRIBLE. I tried getting an appointment for a mammo/ultrasound. I was on the phone for 30 minutes while the the call rep had to continually reboot his computer. He was able to find an appt but the time of the mammo was three hours before the ultrasound. He couldn't find any appt where they were one right after another. I decided to change facilities completely. Trying to get my medical records transferred was a problem too. Go somewhere else.

In summer of 2023 they are having serious problems with the radiology reading process. No one knows what's going on. They are not very helpful . waiting two weeks for a report to be read.
