Dr. Damron is great, but whoever does scheduling is TERRIBLE at their job. We've been going for 2+ years. You'll see the Nurse Practitioner(only get the doctor if you're lucky) for about 5-10 minutes yet you wait 45-60+ EVERY TIME. It doesn't matter if its a same day visit or a simple check up. That tells me they're intentionally double booking to make more money. The wait may not seem like much to some people, but an hour with a screaming, sick baby who wants to go home isn't fun. I love them highly recommended!!! I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re extremely professional and are some of the kindest doctors/people around. They’ve seen me since I was in 6th grade. They handle all of your needs with the right amount of care. Props to all of them for dealing with my difficult self for this long lol.
Here at 9 in the morning and they are slow and don't get in no hurry... People normally make early appointments so you can get in and get out and not be stuck sitting waiting with nobody here..
Both of my children see Dr. Damron at this practice. I cannot speak highly enough of him! We saw several pediatricians before finding him, and it was worth the search because he is truly caring, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He always answers my questions and I leave our appointments feeling a sense of relief. The receptionists and nurses are extremely kind and helpful as well. 10/10 recommend Summit Pediatrics in Maryville.
I love this doctors office and everyone in it! I have never had a bad experience with ANY of their doctors or their receptionists. I love every one of them. I know when I bring my children there, my concerns will be listened to and taken into consideration. I have 5 kids and we just moved 1 hour and 15 minutes away. I still travel that hour and 15 minutes for every doctor appointment. I will never look for another doctor for my children.
