We have been going to Summit Pediatrics since our son turned 9 months I believe. We have loved it. Everyone is so kind and sweet. Dr Lauren Blair is who we see and she’s very supportive and informative. Our son has been treated well and we feel listened to when we go. Great staff and community.
Our family began coming to Summit Pediatrics in 2022, and we are still active patients today. We could not be more pleased with the level of care all 6 of our children have received at this clinic. I leave this review after we have completed numerous well, sick and urgent visits. Even to include seeing Dr. Fox over thanksgiving. They always do their best to get our family in quickly. I usually don’t make these posts, but I just wanted to say how pathetic and useless Summit Pediatric is in Maryville. I have always loved Dr. Damron, but his office staff is horrendous. They treated my wife like garbage, and then tried to smart off to me when I went in today. That didn’t work out to well for them. However, my daughter deserves the best, and those office workers are not the ones to be taking care of my daughter or any other child for that matter. If I could give this place zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.
They are so nice and sweet! Always feel peace of mind here and my girls are being taken care of very well!
Doctors have been nice, but nobody can figure out how to properly input our insurance and it’s just BCBS. We’re on our 3rd time needing them to correct it and they’re sending us a bill for $2,000 because they haven’t billed the correct insurance. They also spelled my daughter’s name entirely wrong for prescriptions which caused issues at the pharmacy. They don’t seem very on top of it. Will be switching to another office.
