Dr Damron is great I love him
I was here and was told they won't take new patient walk-in.
All eight of my kids go to this Summit Pediatrics and we love all the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners here. Dr. Dee and Nurse Rachel are probably the kid’s favorites but everyone on the team is excellent. Several times they’ve gotten us in for same day appointments when the kids are sick and the front office is really great too. They often greet the kids by name and make it a fun environment all around. It’s always a good thing when the kids look forward to their Dr’s visit and the stickers on the way out don’t hurt. I usually see Dr.Damron who is AMAZING! But today i saw Dr. Fox and she was extremely rude and judgmental. When asking me the name of my medicine i didn’t remember and she acted irritated that i didn’t know when its already in my charts, she asked me no other questions about what was going on
Dr. Damron is great, but whoever does scheduling is TERRIBLE at their job. We've been going for 2+ years. You'll see the Nurse Practitioner(only get the doctor if you're lucky) for about 5-10 minutes yet you wait 45-60+ EVERY TIME. It doesn't matter if its a same day visit or a simple check up. That tells me they're intentionally double booking to make more money. The wait may not seem like much to some people, but an hour with a screaming, sick baby who wants to go home isn't fun.
