Dr.Damron is hands down the best pediatrician. He is thorough, knowledgeable, understanding, and so good with our daughter. We are beyond thankful for him and everyone on his staff. The nurses are GREAT and the front desk lady was so sweet and made me feel so at ease after having a horrible experience at another pediatrician. She was so kind and I will forever be grateful for her and this entire office.
Good place but the wait is ridiculous. I always rushing because I have other stuff to do and can't sit there all day.
I love the practitioner and the nurses but they are really bad a time management, the wait is almost unbearable they are overbooked and understaffed and I feel for them but they don't feel like my time is just as valuable as theirs is and the first desk greeter has always had somewhat of an attitude and don't dare ask her a follow up question or bother her after you've checked in.
Dr. Fox earned my trust when she correctly diagnosed my 3 year old’s meningitis after we were told it was just a summer virus by Children’s Outpatient Center in Alcoa. Thank God for her expertise because we got him to Children’s Hospital in time. She told us exactly what would happen when we got there and sure enough that’s what happened.
