Dr. Remsen and his nurse are fantastic, and I have been a patient for the last 10+ years. All that said, recent changes in the way they book appointments which is outsourced, or the way the front desk talks to patients is abhorrent! They put you on the line with people who are offsite to book appointments, who do not have some doctors on their schedule, who cannot find existing patients. I can’t say enough good things about this office! I have seen Dr Remsen in the past and loved him. I more recently have been seeing Dr Levine and he is wonderful. He put tubes in my sons ears and I also needed surgery on my sinuses. I feel a million times better since my surgery and my son is much happier as well. His nurse, Danielle, is so kind and amazing. The front desk staff is also very kind and accommodating. I am so thankful for this office over the years. They truly are the best

My 4 year old saw Dr. Levine for a consultation about his adenoids. He put a scope up his nose to see their condition and talked with us about our options. The total visit was about 15 minutes. The bill was $734.40. This is so far above what I have paid at any other specialist. I would find another doctor with reasonable rates.

I saw Dr. Ginsburg and he was very helpful and professional. The whole staff is very friendly.
