I had an appointment with Gbemisola J. Alli, APN. She had a great bedside manner. The staff was friendly. I had bloodwork done and it was ready within the next day.
Medical-wise they're fine. Billing has become a living nightmare. I am still trying to resolve coding issues associated with my preventative visit 9 months ago. Summit appear to deliberately mis-code both treatment identifiers and network identifiers to force you to pay maximally out-of-pocket. I have had enough. I will be going elsewhere in future.
The staff at the Primary Care location are outstanding and it truly was the patient experience I was looking for. Attentive to all information shared, thorough, fast with paperwork, kind and respective, and most importantly, professional.
I only go here because I followed Dr Wacjberg to this new office. She is a great doctor and takes time to listen to my needs and problems. I even ended up showing up late because the main street was closed off and she allowed me to still be seen. Never had an issue with Dr Wacjberg and I would reccomend her any day.
