The staff at the Primary Care location are outstanding and it truly was the patient experience I was looking for. Attentive to all information shared, thorough, fast with paperwork, kind and respective, and most importantly, professional.
I only go here because I followed Dr Wacjberg to this new office. She is a great doctor and takes time to listen to my needs and problems. I even ended up showing up late because the main street was closed off and she allowed me to still be seen. Never had an issue with Dr Wacjberg and I would reccomend her any day.
Would not prescribe me birth control medication that I've been taking for over a decade because it's at her "discretion as a medical provider". Dr. Estela Wajcberg and her nurse both came across as hostile and patriarchal. It's not normal to demand an annual pap smear to get birth control.
While I feel that the physician who treated me there is absolutely excellent, the way the nurse practitioner spoke to me, in a cold, threatening and condescending way is unacceptable. I will never go back.
