I love April Looper she is an amazing doctor and always listens and gets me what I need.
So I called and asked about a certain medicine prescription and over the phone they told me yes that do that kind of thing there. So I take off of work to go to this appointment (I am the sole provider of my household with three children by the way) because they told me on the phone that yes they do that and they could help me just to get there and them charge my insurance for an annual check up and physical and bill me for my copay and I actually have something wrong with my leg and the dr told me that she didn’t know what ... read more
We've been patients there for years. Our Dr is retiring. Another Dr in the office accepted us as patients back in May. We had our annual wellness visit late last month. I noticed a week ago that they were billing for bloodwork, never happened, and an additional office visit. Is this legal?? I called them out on it!! The office manager is now saying that the Dr who agreed to take us as patients is now too booked to take us!! What a bunch of crap!! Very crappy of this office!!
The site manager Crystal told a muslim girl that she was making the patients uncomfortable by wearing a hijab. This facility discriminates, 0 out of 5 do not recommend.
Sandy is amazing, thorough, and truly cares. I have been going to her since last year, and have a history of depression, SUD, and Bipolar disorder. Even though I see an PMHNP the first thing Sandy asked me at my appointment today is how I was doing mentally. I could not be more happy with her as a provider.
