They cancelled my appointment because I was a couple minutes late during a rainstorm. When I tried to call back, the staff were very rude on the phone.

Just can't do it any more. Every 3 months I have to beg for my refill prescriptions to hear them say the pharmacy never called them. My pharmacy says they never call them back. I believe the pharmacy - selling drugs is their job. And the snotty attitude of the front staff and office manager frosted me numerous times. Cindy lied today saying my prescription is a controlled substance but that one was at the pharmacy. Finally, they forgot my shingles booster during my return visit a few months ago. Appalling. I will not go to Summit Medical Group.They called 90 minutes before my first appointment to cancel. The Doctor, they said, was overbooked. That Doctor they told me had no other appointments available for the next 3 weeks. They suspiciously offered a different Doctor available whenever I wanted throughout the day but at a different location. Very suspicious.

Bad medical practice. I saw Dr. Anjali Chand for annual check up and got an additional charge for office visit. I called them and was told it’s because they gave me prescription for hyper tension. This is the first time physician booked an extra office charge for giving me prescription that should be covered in the annual check up. Very fishy insurance billing practice.
