Been going here for a few years now and the Doctors seem nice so far but the receptionists are just outright rude and unprofessional. They act as if they own the place and know everything. Dont know if they've been trained to speak like this on calls and in person or its just them being rude always, its just so unwelcoming for patients who are already in some sort of problem!! I have been coming here since 2016 and almost every GP I have worked with has been incredibly empathetic, listened intently to my needs, and supported me more than any other clinic I've been to. Dr. Shez is an incredibly kind, understanding and thorough GP. Being a woman it is rare to be taken seriously in terms of my medical problems, especially by a male doctor. I am so grateful for Summit Medical and all the support they have given me over the years
This place had so many good Dr.s and the administration Staff are Awesome. A huge thanks to Carol for all her assistance on getting things done, efficiently and quickly. I you care for elderly people, this clinic is the place to ensure they get the very best of care. I just went to Summit Medical Group clinic on Sydney Rd, Brunswick to have a blood test. The woman performing the blood test after running her finger over my arm chose a vein and stuck the needle into a vein.
