Great Group always helpful
I never knew that it would be this hard innthis day and age of technology to still book an appointment, even after the centre having everything available online, to go in-person fill a form, and then book an appointment. As appaling as this is, why would you want new patients if booking them in is not easy for you. Rest assured, if your patient numbers are dwindling this might be your biggest issue.

UNETHICAL PRACTICE - DON’T RECOMMEND!!! Absolutely appalling experience. This clinic, in my opinion, is taking advantage of the public by imposing a $40 rebooking fee on patients who do not arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, despite this not being clearly brought to my attention when booking online. I was told I no longer had an appointment and would have to pay $40 just to rebook. When I asked where this policy was stated, I was not shown a clear policy explaining the requirement or the fee. Why am I in an empty waiting room, when I have taken time off work, and you're at least 20min late without explanation? That's just rude.
