UNETHICAL PRACTICE - DON’T RECOMMEND!!! Absolutely appalling experience. This clinic, in my opinion, is taking advantage of the public by imposing a $40 rebooking fee on patients who do not arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, despite this not being clearly brought to my attention when booking online. I was told I no longer had an appointment and would have to pay $40 just to rebook. When I asked where this policy was stated, I was not shown a clear policy explaining the requirement or the fee.
