Lauren Gallian is the absolute BEST at her job….she literally saved my life with her attentiveness to my issues and managed to prescribe me only what I needed to fix the problems I was having. I followed her from her Knoxville location if that tells you anything. The front desk is friendly and very competent at everything they do. I also never wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment and the phlebotomist is amazing. I’d give this practice 100 stars if I could!! A. Bartlett
Absolute garbage facility. Justin would be firing every person in this building if he knew how his patients were being treated. Over a week since calling with a mental health crisis. No call back. I had to call again. Was told I’d have to wait until someone could call me back. Closed for the slightly colder than normal weather today but roads are completely clear because I drove from Townsend to Lea our city to talk to Justin in person so that I could point out how horrible the rest of the staff is.
I’ve been a patient of Summit Medical for many years, and I’ve always received the best care and attention from the doctors, nurses, and staff! Dr. Lauren is attentive, kind, and professional. She always works with me on the best treatment plan to fit my individual needs. I highly recommend LC Summit Medical for quality Primary Care!
Choose to post anonymously and use an alternate email because I am still seen here until I can find a new Dr. I’ve been a patient with concord medical in Lenoir city for over 7 years and sadly now I do not recommend this place, I am an elderly person and need a little extra help with things when I am there sometimes. The staff is always rude in the front office especially the manager and billing lady.
