What on earth is going on with the admin portion of this office? Why is it impossible to get someone to ANSWER THE PHONE? I've been trying for 3 days to make an appt. Now I'm done trying.

Great service
Only good things to say about the staff so far, but my biggest annoyance was trying to call for an appointment. It's already hard to get a person on the phone in the first place, but when they transfer me to a different person, I'm put on hold for so long that the call drops. Rinse and repeat. Highly ineffective system.
