This is quite the disappointing office. Every time I come (I always arrive 15-20 min early) I am called into the office about 10-15 min after the scheduled time, and then have to wait an additional hour just to see the doctor. The staff is inconceivably rude and will not hesitate to give you an attitude. Not only are they rude in person, but on the phone as well. Dealing with this group has been super frustrating ! Do not use this group for medical services. I went for a STAT (Priority) CT Chest exam in Livingston. Their Portal access is a mess and I just called 4 times and nothing has been resolved. Find another provider!
The way their representatives talk to patients on the phone is just disrespectful. I will be switching to a different pediatric provider very soon.
Love Summit Health. Needs some improvement since it has expanded. I think it's too many locations.
First time for this location, and told doesn't accept new patient upon my arrival, also was told they tried to call me in the past two weeks. OK, they all make sense. But I never received any calls, also it's 2024, there are things called voice mail and emails, if you can't reach out to people, find another way to reach out, your system asked all my contacts in the past.
