The way their representatives talk to patients on the phone is just disrespectful. I will be switching to a different pediatric provider very soon.
Love Summit Health. Needs some improvement since it has expanded. I think it's too many locations.
First time for this location, and told doesn't accept new patient upon my arrival, also was told they tried to call me in the past two weeks. OK, they all make sense. But I never received any calls, also it's 2024, there are things called voice mail and emails, if you can't reach out to people, find another way to reach out, your system asked all my contacts in the past.
Edit: Pros: They do their due diligence of uploading records and they do give timely callbacks. The rotation system of changing Ob/gyns for every appointment is something you can opt out of doing and is more of a suggestion. I have met with other Ob/gyns besides my primary and they're great. The nurses are exceptional. I have called a few times with random pregnancy-related issues and they have handled it systematically and with great patience every single time. I just called the office to make an appointment and I'm honestly laughing at this. Apparently, I have to provide records to prove that I am pregnant just so I can make an appointment to see an Ob/GYN. What? How are people who are trying to confirm a pregnancy supposed to provide evidence of a pregnancy that they're trying to confirm? It's like working with a bank to try to get your first credit card.
