The incompetence of the staff at this particular location is on an epic level I actually stopped going there myself but I was still just bringing kids there for basic physical and shots because it's walking distance but I would rather drive hours away then deal with this office . I am so annoyed with Summit Health coding/billing practices. Last year, I was billed for an annual physical, which is fully covered by my insurance, plus an "office visit" charge of $74 for hypertension because the physician renewed my blook pressure pills, which is the reason I go for an annual physical to begin with! After much back and forth with the billing department, I decided to just pay the $74 bill. And then a few months later, I received a Visa card worth $74, due to a billing/coding mistake! Horrible experience at the NEW Breast Center at Summit Health - Montclair Hub. The receptionist was the only empathetic person I came across and she was wonderful (I can’t remember her name).
Anne at the front desk is one of the nastiest people I have ever interacted with. I love my doctor and the rest of the staff is great, but I always cry in the car after speaking with Anne. Lol. I've never left a review in my life but this woman has hatred in her heart and it needs to be addressed.
Very good doctors. Knowledgeable and they listen to my concerns
