The rehab floor is being ran as an ER/nursing home and is unequipped. There are patients that should not have even been admitted to that floor and are kept there instead of being transferred to ER, they are also only putting one person to work the whole floor..isn’t there supposed to be a patient/nurse ratio for quality of care? They are very understaffed
Nurses are really nice!
If I could give a zero I would. The emergency room providers almost let me die. I filed a formal complaint/grievance several weeks ago and a young lady called me to ask what I was looking to get out of the complaint. I told her I wanted them to investigate and tell me what actions they have put into place to keep this from happening to someone else. She said she would let me know but it might take a couple days.
