I’ve had 2 emergency dealings with Kyle and EACH time - he went above and beyond in providing immediate, professional, courteous and exceptional service. The first time, I had a davit pump failure (2 seasons ago). Despite his busy schedule, Kyle immediately came out to diagnose the problem and then sourced a replacement pump and installed it (it was more complex than just the pump). Without a doubt I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by a tradesman. I recommend that boaters use any other business available to avoid the absolutely terrible service I received when a problem arose. INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF MANNERS.

Kyle and his assistant are amazing. We ordered and received expertly installed, a Seawise boat lift. The entire process was easy and Kyle was either always in touch or always available by phone for updates on progress etc. Install was flawless, the bill in the end was as stated in the beginning and the Seawise operates beautifully.
