Have stayed here several times, great place. Comfortable, great parking, and easy walk to everything Gatlinburg. Safe, never a problem. Highly recommend it.
We were very disappointed the pool was closed was not till this ahead of time also the stairwells need attention just needs to be a lot of general upkeep
DO NOT RENT FROM THE OWNER OF UNIT 2062!!!!!! The owners watch your activities constantly. Whether you are leaving to go down to the town or coming back bringing groceries. The male owner was creepy and made my daughter and the other young girl we were staying with uncomfortable. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a hidden camera located somewhere around the unit. We stay here every year . We make a couple of trips a year. When we can’t stay as long as we like to this is our go to! Location is perfect. Staff is awesome and courteous. Condos are always clean and well stocked. Beds are really comfy, which is important after a day walking!
