LIFE CHANGING! I've been trying to heal for some time now, but nothing stuck until Summit. The staff is organized and works together seamlessly. The facilitators are phenomenal and made healing feel both exciting and engaging. Amaris was my therapist and made me feel so understood. If you are scared to go, I get it I was too, but Summit made it feel safe.
Summit Malibu is truly an amazing place. The staff genuinely care, the environment is peaceful and supportive, and the level of professionalism is top-tier. You can tell they really want people to heal and succeed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for real help and a fresh start.
Having never been to rehab before I didn't know what to expect and was very anxious. However, my 30 day stay was absolutely incredible. The staff from the 5 star chefs to the counselors were kind and supportive. Each had their own story to tell and greatly contributed to my healing. My personal therapist was absolutely amazing, very goal ordinated. The small size of residents (6) gave each of us the ability to bond and made it comfortable in sharing. Summit Malibu is unlike the many “luxury” rehabs that populate the Malibu area in that it’s the REAL deal. If you struggle with drug, alcohol or process addiction, Summit is the place where they address the whole person (you) and the underlying trauma. I presented as a car accident survivor who became addicted to opiates (duh) after 14 broken bones and a 2-month hospital stay. Of course I was an addict but ashamed to ask for help. They have failed their patients so many times. Not worth taking anyone here. They don't monitor the patients properly.
