We had a great experience today with our drop in at this box! Trainer Matt was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a nice and challenging work out. Very clean box and enjoyed the shower afterwards. Would definitely come her again!
Great place for a visitor to drop in. The strength and conditioning class had a similar format as CrossFit.
