Craig went the extra mile for us on our recent mortgage transaction. He facilitated a complicated closing with the Idaho title company and the Arizona title companies to assist us in our transition. He went above and beyond the normal service level. He tracked our Fed Ex closing documents and assisted with many other fine details for this loan action.
