Had water line installed the workers showed up around 7:45 they worked all day until 4:30. I was impressed with their courtesy, they introduced themselves did a fantastic job. I will use the Submit Landscaping. I highly recommend them. Super job.

This company did a TERRIBLE job with our community pathway in Saddle Creek Ranch and refusing to honor the warranty. You hire companies based on their expertise and they assured our HOA the location and material, etc would work well. Nope! Very expensive trust on our part so please save yourself the trouble!

We went with Summit because they seemed professional and very knowledgeable. They were professional and had great staff working for them. We were not advised against decomposed granite in.an area with a slope and ina a path where water travels. 1 month out and the path is nearly gone completely. They told us that if we went with them for the entire landscaping job for the community they would maintain it, however, this path did not give us a reason to choose them since the product they gave us was subpar. These geniuses made a walking trail in my neighborhood that didn't even last a month. Made it from loose sand that washed away from one decent rain. Won't cover the warranty because it was "an act of God" (their own words). Wasn't even that heavy of a rain, I've ridden my electric scooter in worse ones and it destroyed their shoddy workmanship. My HOA is out a ton of money for a job that could've been done with a half dozen high schoolers.
