Our commercial property was in need of a lot of work. Summit landcare did an amazing job pulling out the weeds, trimming the trees and planting the perfect flowers. I would highly suggest working with them!
Horrible landscaping company. Our Association has received numerous violations from the City for Summit Landcare's failure to properly maintain our common areas. They have also made a mess out of our irrigation system after charging us a large amount of money to fix it.
I have never used Summit Landcare and I never will!!! My experience with S.L. is as a new property management company representing the new buyer/owner of the apartment complex in question. Summit had a service contract with the previous owner/management who did not notify S.L. of the ownership change and subsequent cancellation of service. I was made aware of this when I got a bill from S.L.
