We have been in our home for about 5 years 3 years ago our heater broke then our whole house fan and now our air condition no longer works. Consistent shorts with the electricity apparently wired incorrectly. On top of all that we have had uneven foundation since the house was built and they said they would come back to fix it and have never come back to do that. I wish we would’ve went with a different home and a different builder!
