The spanish sounding guy is incredibly rude
I was at first apprehensive because of some of these reviews but they were not my experience at all! I needed quotes for home insurance and Dana at Summit is the only one that answered my call and quickly corresponded through email to get me my quote. Acceptance also answered, but quickly told me they only have one company that writes new policies in FL but only for homes built after 2001! Every other local company I left messages or online queries, and received no call back. Thank you Summit for being so helpful.
Was trying to get a quote on my home insurance , Mr. Dana seemed to be occupied elsewhere. When I ask to speak to someone else, he was rude and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back but of course no answer. So Mr. Dana sir, if you don't won't to andswer questions or talk to customers you shouldn't be answering the phones !! Go back to sleep

Summit did a great job getting my Flood insurance switched over from the previous owner. Thanks to hurricane Sally and my closing agent making a mistake the policy never got put in my name. Summit went above and beyond to correct the problem that was no fault of there's and worked hard for 3 hours to get it fixed. Thank you so much.
