My experience with this agency is that they are incompetent and not trustworthy. I trusted them to make sure that I had all of the coverage needed for my home. When I then had a loss and the insurance company responded to the claim, the insurance company took the position that I did not have coverage for all of the damage. One agent, Amanda Smith, assured me that I did have such coverage. Another agent, Rebecca Madson, told me that the agency would fight for me to get the carrier to pay the whole claim. I've been very happy with the service and responsiveness that Rebecca and Nick have given me over the years.
I have worked with Rebecca at Cell Brokerage for years, first in business then in personal. She has always been quick to return an email or call and has been wonderful to work with. Nowadays, insurance is hard to navigate, but Rebecca makes it so much easier.
They were always available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. They offered helpful advice and I felt they were looking after my best interests
