BEWARE!! I had a horrible experience renting apartment unit 6R. The water leak from above apartment damaged the ceiling and floors and we were displaced from apartment. Amidst all that drama, just 10 days before my lease renewal, the landlord asked a 25% increase in rent and asked us to leave the apartment if we were not ok with the rent increase. I've not had air conditioning all summer and my landlord is telling me to move and break my lease when all I've asked is to repair the situation like he promised. There is also a serious trash and waterbed issue on the lower floors that the building tries to keep underwraps.
