OMG. Buyers beware. Three years in this place and the HOA has done nothing, zero, zilch with our nearly $500/month HOA fees. The garages were condemned! They HAD to remove them or face a lawsuit when someone got injured. The roofs had leak for years, and were blamed on other owners’ “faulty” windows and doors and threatened owners that they’d be responsible for the damage in other units! I absolutely love living at Summit House! The location is perfect, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the new management team is already making a positive impact. It's a wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to the West Chester area!
Love all the improvements that the HOA are working on.
Lived here since 2022 and Summit House has become my home. Went from living single to expecting our second child and couldn't pick a better area to raise a family.
