Great company that owns and operates great hotels.
I can’t even begin to express my level of disappointment from my stay with AC hotel downtown dallas. It started at checkin when I was racially profiled by the agent. She had no remorse for her promises that failed to be delivered. A simple request an all I wanted her to do was listen. I completely understood the problem couldn’t be fixed, but the way I was handled was completely unacceptable.
