As part of the pre-selection process, we were requested to select a colour range throughout our new home utilising the Summit portal. Every rainy season comes with a free reminder of Summit Homes’ workmanship. The downpipe was installed so poorly that whenever it rains, the constant dripping noise outside the windows makes sleeping almost impossible. I’ve been chasing Summit Homes since handover at the end of 2024. Countless emails later, the issue is still there, and apparently so is their commitment to doing absolutely nothing about it. At least their customer service is consistent: no action, no accountability, no resolution. Bravo, Summit Homes.
We’re first-time home builders and decided to go with Summit Homes. Our build hasn’t started yet, but we wanted to share our experience so far. Kasey Sullivan , my construction liaison was excellent. She kept me thoroughly and regularly informed throughout the building process. She was efficient, responsive, very personable and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble . Her communication was outstanding and she is a genuine person . I was never left with an enquiry or question unanswered and all within swift time. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
We’re currently in the process of building our home with Summit, and so far, we’re really happy with how things are going. The team is well organised, and the whole process has been smooth till now. Supun Gunathilaka has been especially friendly and very helpful throughout the journey. Looking forward to seeing how everything turns out!
