Our Summit experience so far has been seamless. In the pre-contract phase with John Williams we were pleasantly surprised about how easy he made the process. We had a complex demolition which John was able to offer us some really helpful advice on. Now with Warren Brough as our Pre-construction Coordinator, the service has been equally good. Looking forward to the next steps of our journey with Summit.
We were recommended to Summit homes by a family member that built their home through them and so far the experience has been amazing. Scott Cunningham has been a pleasure to deal with! From silly questions to constant changes, Scott has been accomodating and extremely helpful. We cannot wait for our dream home to be built!
Sometimes you really do need to listen to other people’s experiences and reviews. Even though a lot of people regret building with Summit, I still had faith they could do a good job. So why 3 stars? Honestly, because of that faith. But now I’m starting to doubt myself — maybe I didn’t make the right choice. I haven’t even reached the construction stage yet, but the warning signs are already there. Don’t trust their promises, and their customer support team is honestly not helpful at all. I’ll keep sharing updates here……
We are grateful of Summit Homes Consultant Supun's assistance during the pre construction phase. This is our first time building a house, and Supun has taught us important things about the process. We greatly benefited from his friendliness and encouraging attitude. I would recommend Supun to anyone. Hoping to complete the building phase smoothly like they handled the pre construction stage.
We had our keys hand over in end of july and slab was done around September the year before. It took under 11 months for construction to complete in watermark champion lakes. The reason behind choosing summit was thier integrity and reliability.
