We’ve had a great experience working with Chris Rose so far. He’s been open, patient and really easy to deal with from the start. Having only moved to WA five months ago, everything is still quite new to us, but Chris has made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. I got land and cash but salesman Ben told me to go to another builder.
Very disappointed with the quality of work and overall experience with this builder. The property is only a few months old, yet we’ve already encountered multiple issues. The site was not properly cleaned before handover, which even led to a safety concern for the tenant. It’s frustrating to deal with repeated problems so soon after completion — this is not what you expect from a newly built property.
