We decided to choose summit for our knock down and rebuild after looking at a few of the major builders offering the same service. Decided on summit due to the fact that they offered multiple construction options to the standard double brick, reasonable price and great service provided by David Nelson at summit homes. We are currently in the pre-construction phase with Summit Homes and so far it's been a pleasant journey to deal with our consultant, Michael Klaver, he's been very helpful and has understood and been able to implement the changes we wanted to make to the house design. Looking forward to the rest of the journey.
