Frank was amazing! Not only did he come out on a holiday (for an incredibly reasonable price) but he was extremely thorough and very patient with my questions. He didn't rush and walked me through every inch of his inspection; literally no stone unturned. A few hours later I recieved a report that was even more indepth giving me every stitch of info I needed to move forward with purchasing a home. I cannot recommend his services enough! We had recently purchased a home conditional on inspection. Frank made the entire inspection process effortless. He is incredibly knowledgeable. Frank walked us through every portion of the house and explained any concerns as they arose. We did walk away from the sale armed with information about some foundational issues that would’ve cost us a significant amount after closing. I couldn’t recommend Frank more highly. Such a great experience.
