We would not recommend this business. We left a review and the owner had replied addressing our concern but with a threat to sue me for a bad review if it is not removed. It’s been 3 months and he is still threatening us.
I've used called Frank for 3 home inspections ofver the last few years and he always does a very thorough job with the inspections. The reports he provides and assessments he makes are very helpful when deciding whether or not to move forward with a purchase.

Owning a home for the first time, we Had Frank for our home inspection. There was an obvious leak in the basement which he said was already filled/fixed by previous owner so we didn’t worry about it. However, when it rained, we saw that it was actually a leak which was never filled. Being a first time home owner, not being aware of such things, we would have expected a professional inspector to inform us about such things.
