My wife and I lived at Summit Hill for 3+ and we have nothing but positive things to say. Margaret, Jose, Miguel, and the entire team do an excellent job at providing top-notch service for all residents. You simply cannot beat the value when it comes to how much floor and closet space the apartments have for their price, especially compared to the rest of the area. Frank and Margaret are wonderful! The apartments are spacious, cute, and a perfect price. The community is quiet, calm, and close to downtown summit. They also sent an email about a kitten rescue they are doing in the apartments and I thought that just showed how compassionate ownership is.
Pretty run down place
The property is generally well-maintained, with the maintenance team being a standout feature. However, soundproofing is a known issue across both the 1st and 2nd floors, and unfortunately, there is no structural solution available. For those who value a close-knit community, this may not be the ideal choice, as the soundproofing limitations have led to noise complaints even from normal activities.
