I’ve been a Summit Hill resident for 21 years. I didn’t originally plan to stay this long but, turns out it’s pretty nice here! The grounds are really the best part. It feels peaceful and tucked away from the outside world, with tons of trees and greenery and even a brook. There’s also a hidden rear entrance to Briant Park, probably my favorite “amenity” here.
