I have happily lived here for over six years. Margaret our manager is responsive and knowledgable. The maintence staff also is responsive and highly skilled. I own two dogs and there are plenty of places to walk them in the community and adjacent park.
Parts of living here have been ok — but after how management handled a serious dog attack, I cannot recommend this property to anyone with pets. Our 75 lb. dog (boxer) (ESA status ) was attacked, during a walk on property, by another resident’s 150 lb. (great dane) ESA . The attack was completely unprovoked — the dog broke away from its owner and lunged across the street. My fiance was bitten while trying to protect our dog. Where do I even start. Management is not professional, she engages in gossip with other residents, she will take sides in situations which is unreal in my opinion, and can be very rude via email. There is an awful smell that emanates from somewhere and when approached about this, the solution is to go to the maintenance guy to fix it. Beautiful and quiet area but once you get past that you have unlevel flooring with unrepairable cracking tile above, a central system that struggles to dip below seventy (expect to sweat during the summer while paying extra on your electric bill for the extra central air use), a washing dryer combo with a known faulty lock that causes it to think the door is open and the cherry on top this isn't all the problems but the leasing office will gladly let you know they're increasing your rent.
