Made an appointment as a new patient for 12/5/24 (Cleaning, exam). We had a snow fall the night of the 4th and my babysitter cancelled the next morning on the 5th. So I had to call and reschedule. Seeing that I was a new patient (per policy) they wouldn’t reschedule and could NOT recommend a local dentist even after they turned me away as a patient, because of the cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
