I have experience with other audiologist none if which compare favorably with Dr Shannon at Hill Country Hearing in Boerne Texas. DR Shannon is very thorough with the Hearing exam, the fitting of the Hearing aids and attention to customer care. Thank you Dr Shannon for being here in Boerne Texas!
Recently had to get new hearing aids due to my failing hearing. I have always had trouble with hearing aids while talking on the phone. With a new smartphone and HearMax App, I can now hear everything on the phone! Fantastic!! Thanks Alana
I took my 89 year old mother to Beltone in St. Clairsville, Ohio to get her new hearing aids today. I was very impressed with the service and care that we received. My mother thinks the world of Alice and the same with Dawn. She and myself would highly recommend this place to everybody out there with any hearing problems. Thank you again Dawn and Alice.
David Adams and his associates have been taking care of my hearing needs for years. they have provided me with the best of equipment, professional care, and pro-active FRIENDLY service. I have passed by other centers to stay with them and NEVER regretted. David goes way beyond the minimum.....and if my present Beltone aids ever wear out (which they may never!!) l will be on his doorstep SOONEST.
Kathy gave me a hearing test & determined I needed hearing aids, and after listening to what I expected from them, she lined me up with hearing aids with iPhone support. What I didn't know at the time was: the more I followed up with getting the hearing aids checked and cleaned regularly -- the better they would work for me-- that's where Leslie came in. A great company with a wide variety of help for the hard of hearing. Clean and very friendly staff. Accepts most insurance.
You will do well to visit Bill Ford at Hearing Aids Plus. He is kind and generous, as well as highly experienced and competent in helping people with hearing loss. He provides high quality hearing aids and excellent service at a price that is a whole lot less than the other places in Harrison. Well, he dosn't have pretty assistants and an elegant office, but is that what you need? We are entirely happy with the aids he provided us with, as well with the help and service he continues to give. ~Mark
Marina and Tracy are awesome! I love my Beltone hearing aids! Marina is great with working with me to make sure my hearing aids are always up to date and I can hear clearly!
Do not go to Beltone !!! They required I pay the full amount up front which I did even though my insurance would pay $2,000 after they called them. I recently received an EOB statement from my insurance stating the allowable amount was $2, 445.28 and they paid $ 2,000 my portion of payment was $445.28. I called Shawna , ( terre haute office ) the insurance person with Beltone said the claim was still pending ?? I told her I received the EOB statement dated aug 23rd.
