This doctor area are sucks and have lying to me that say I have missed 3 appointments so no it not I got mail say I see missed 2 appointments so why assume that they are not in the same area as you are in a lot of them are not there is no way they are not there are no other doctor that can be seen so that is misterstood I have letter will be sending to insurance company.

Established care with Dr. Hiatt there this week. The MP seemed to be having a difficult day but Dr Hiatt was awesome. Minor hiccups were not due to staff at all but non efficient internal records processing. The scheduling of the appointment, check in and appointment were great! Dr. Hiatt is the first doctor to believe me that there is genuinely something wrong with my back and I look forward to working with him to get to the root cause.

I've only been here one time as a new patient. And never before, in my life, have I experienced medical staff gossiping about patients as soon as they leave the room, but I got that here. I was horrified as my nurse left the room, and as soon as she shut the door she and other medical staff started talking about me and how I had been talking too much.And laughing about me, and it was extremely degrading, unprofessional, and quite frankly, infuriating. Definitely small town medicine with low end DR's. They will tell you that you don't have medical issues that were diagnosed by specialist (Which they are not). They will tell you they ordered outpatient tests, but you will never receive a call or even an explanation why they never set up the test. I come from a larger city where this stuff does not happen. Guess Summit practices back wood medicine. Kinda explains why their hospital is also a level 4 medical center that can only do basic procedures and never has a working MRI... read more

I’m not typically one to leave a bad review but this time I have to. I was seven minutes late to my baby’s appointment today and they told me they had to reschedule it because their “policy” is to reschedule after five minutes. There was NOBODY in the parking lot or the waiting room. They refused to see us because we were TWO minutes past the cut off to be seen. I was told at the last minute siblings weren’t allowed in so I had to quickly find a babysitter and rush my other kids there and then got stuck waiting at the school... read more
