My kiddos absolutely love Dr.Brewer!! Such a kind and funny soul! We’ve had three other doctors before and everytime my kids try to run up and hug brewer! He hears my concerns when I have them and always helps when we have any concerns. All the nurses are extremely friendly too! I’ve seen some bad reviews and it’s just mind blowing to me since I have never seen them not be nice to someone or to my family.
This doctor area are sucks and have lying to me that say I have missed 3 appointments so no it not I got mail say I see missed 2 appointments so why assume that they are not in the same area as you are in a lot of them are not there is no way they are not there are no other doctor that can be seen so that is misterstood I have letter will be sending to insurance company.
Established care with Dr. Hiatt there this week. The MP seemed to be having a difficult day but Dr Hiatt was awesome. Minor hiccups were not due to staff at all but non efficient internal records processing. The scheduling of the appointment, check in and appointment were great! Dr. Hiatt is the first doctor to believe me that there is genuinely something wrong with my back and I look forward to working with him to get to the root cause.
I've only been here one time as a new patient. And never before, in my life, have I experienced medical staff gossiping about patients as soon as they leave the room, but I got that here. I was horrified as my nurse left the room, and as soon as she shut the door she and other medical staff started talking about me and how I had been talking too much.And laughing about me, and it was extremely degrading, unprofessional, and quite frankly, infuriating.
