New REVIEW: I was able to get dad a different Dr. Today, it's really unfortunate that I had to do that because we really liked Dr Patterson, but the St. Johns branch has some serious issues when they don't return patients calls, and an 80 year old patient can't get an answer about taking meds that I realize now could have hurt him. If I could I would give summit 0 stars they can't get sick patients in for two weeks at a time. If you are 10 minutes late they will just cancel your appointment. My daughter went to show low er with a sore throat and we where told that its a mystery virus. Two days later she ended up with a dubble ear infection caused by strep throat that was un treated. I tried to get my daughter in and they canceled her appointment because I got there 10 minutes late. Wow I will never use summit for anything. If my daughter has to be hosp... read more
Never answer the phone, never receive a call after leaving messages, don't respond to refill fax from the pharmacy. Need more doctors.
Although I wasn't able to get seen there because they don't have an X-ray a machine, Lori was so very helpful until very helpful and so very kind I totally recommend this place.
Good luck calling in or getting a phone call back. People are looking for jobs in SJ; hire someone to man the front desk please!
