I absolutely adore Dr. Brimhall, but the front end staff there is so terrible I never want to go back. I've been going there about 4 years. In the last year it's gotten so horrible. I'll tell you the two most egregious things. A while back I requested some of my test results. Long rough story short, they handed me someone else's medical records. It has been four years and my PCP, Chad Brimhall MD is still my doctor. He listened carefully. He is kind. I believe if I had a serious health problem I could count on him and the team at Summit Healthcare in Snowflake-Taylor to provide effective and proper care and referrals.
Walk in great doc's
Dr Chad Brimhall is so good at asking the right questions & being very thorough. He has a great bedside manner, very professional yet so easy to talk to. He seems to really care about his patients. All his staff have been very kind also. Great office to visit!
This freaking "urgent care" is an absolute joke. Not only do they not abide by their posted hours, they close whenever they damn well please. If a medical facility cannot be trusted to be open when they say they will be....how can you trust them with a runny nose or a broken bone. I couldn't even say if the staff are good or bad BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT OPEN!
