I was going to this clinic since early 2021. The office staff has always been rude. My last visit there was when a Dr. Brooks was new there. That turned into a nightmare experience for me. I filed a complaint over the lack of communication, rude behavior, totally unnecessary referral back to Show Low Summit, and more. I write this now because I meet people new to the area who ask about the Bison Ranch clinic. I have gone to great lengths to find decent local healthcare, to avoid dealing with the Bison clinic. Just found out the NP i had been seeing is no longer there, with no advance notice. This happens at least once a year at this clinic. How is one supposed to have good Healthcare when staff changes so frequently? That may work for people with colds and flu, etc. but some of us have ongoing chronic conditions that need to be monitored for more than a year.

The one downside of moving to a small town was limited healthcare options. I was so happy to have found the right fit right away. DeAnn Anderson is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen carefully, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was her compassion and patience. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines both expertise and kindness so effortlessly. Thank you!!
