Never a problem over the years. Dr Heap & staff always pleasant & helpful never in a hurry to move on.
Not really the ER you want if you can get to another one. Staff never use your name, they argue both with you and in front of you. Staff never look at your chart, so getting something you are allergic too happens here often and other patients in the area will tell you this. Treatment is NOT to "get well" it's standard for their pocket book bottom line and I can prove that sadly. They are not treating COVID well at all and if you bring up research AT ALL, they will shut down your questions or out right lie to you...btw they w... read more
