I have been through Summit Physical Therapy several times....all the people there have been exceptional and not only are they respectful and warm from the moment you come in, their guidance and treatment are very caring and suited to your particular needs. I highly recommend Summit for your PT needs. Thank you Luke, Colin and Brooke.
My experience covers several years during which time I never felt truly heard. My concerns about my health were often dismissed. It took over a year to act on a referral to a cardiologist and the cardiologist with summit was never in any hurry to find my health issues. Recently I was told I was rude and it would not be tolerated. My percieved rudeness was frustration at being ill and having no backup plan for sick patients. Summit has become so big that they are only worried about money and not the welfare of their patients.... read more
