My husband had an appointment last month at 3:45pm. I left work early and rushed to pick him up at his day care program. I rushed over to the urology office and signed in at 3:50pm. All receptionists were busy with other patients so I took my husband into the bathroom to assist him, making sure he was clean and dry for Dr. Patel. Won't answer the phone, won't return my call/calls in the order it was received. Just close the doors and get rid of the staff, clearly they are not about patient care!!

Summit urology is horrible if you are a patient My 88 year old father hasn’t been able to urinate for close to 6 weeks. He has had a catheter for 6 weeks, multiple UTI’s and has just had a second urolift. His first one lasted only 4 years. He had the catheter removed today and we had to rush him back to the office to have the catheter reinserted per their instructions if he were to have a problem. the AI assist is so dumb it can't take a message. The human customer service never answer the phone. The admin side is awful. Doctors are fine.
