Summit urology is horrible if you are a patient My 88 year old father hasn’t been able to urinate for close to 6 weeks. He has had a catheter for 6 weeks, multiple UTI’s and has just had a second urolift. His first one lasted only 4 years. He had the catheter removed today and we had to rush him back to the office to have the catheter reinserted per their instructions if he were to have a problem. the AI assist is so dumb it can't take a message. The human customer service never answer the phone. The admin side is awful. Doctors are fine.
Enjoy a disgustingly crowded waiting room for 2 hours for every 15 minute appointment. Fridays are enough to make you question how it could even be sanitary.
NEW AI telephone system is a nightmare... The system asks questions before routing the call... You have to lie to the system to get past the STUPID system... This a nightmare !!! The system asks questions that are NOT related to your phone call...
