Lots of parking, easy access. Short wait time. Friendly people. Doctors explained what is going on and what kind of treatment is needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I rarely give poor reviews to medical providers but unfortunately I feel like I should let the community know not make an appointment here. Rebecca had absolutely no empathy and clearly no real interest in a patient centered approach. This was a simple issue that I have sought treatment for before so I was shocked when she cut me off every time I tried to speak, then pushed me toward an invasive and expensive procedure before even offering any other options. I've had generally very good experiences with summit health. However, nothing but insane frustration with their urology department. I sent multiple messages with simple questions due to me moving soon, only for them to never directly answer any of my questions. I sent a cancellation request for an appointment, only to get a reply with a confirmation. So I called to cancel and had to deal with people being confused with what was going on.
