The best way I can describe Summit Health Urology is lazy. I came in with an issue I take very seriously, and was basically told it was my fault, and I needed to relax when I pee. After practicing this for a couple months, as well as taking pills they had prescribed, I had no results whatsoever. I decided to follow through with my last resort, a cystoscopy. Dr tekla ruined my father! He was totally independent until she touch him! 5 times he has been to ER and 2 times in the hospital. Not only has she ruined his life she’s has affected my family! His independence has been taken and I would not let her touch anyone I know! Not only once but twice she botched her procedure!

I had an appointment in November of 2023 with Brooke Veer-Sundermeier, DNP. When I initially met Brooke, she seemed polite. however, after overhearing her conversation with the nurse and reading thoroughly through her notes after my appointment- I instantly felt disrespected and uncomfortable.
