I just had surgery there on the 26th. The staff was very helpful and they all did a great job comforting my wife, answering any questions. The anesthesiologist and nurses were very professional, Dr Hwang was great. She passed information on to my wife. It was a 3 hour drive from our home but well worth it. I thank you all, staff nurse's and of course Dr. Hwang.
Summit health just called to have me do a survey so here we go. My vasectomy was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever been through. I felt every moment of every snip, yank, pull, push, EVERYTHING!!! And made it very clear that I could and they just kept going. Had some pain in my left about 3-5 months later so I went back for advice or help. Today, my significant other had the wonderful experience of having Jessica Dinsdale PA as his provider. She was easy to talk to, truly listened to him, and it was obvious she is quite knowledgeable in this field. Jessica has an awesome sense of humor, and we really enjoyed that. She also asked for our input for his plan of care. I must also say, that her assistant, Cyd, was also very sweet and fun. Truly a great experience for a physician’s office!
I rarely give poor reviews to medical providers but unfortunately I feel like I should let the community know not make an appointment here. Rebecca had absolutely no empathy, clearly no real interest in a patient centered approach, and I felt completely unheard. This was a simple issue that I have sought treatment for before and I expected kindness and to be listened to, not cut off every time I tried to answer and being pushed toward an invasive and expensive procedure before even trying any other options.
