Nisharna was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things easily. She had a professional approach to advising me on my upcoming travel, which was much appreciated.
We had a great experience with Nisharna! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We were able to get some vaccines on the spot, and we certainly felt more reassured and prepared with our trip to East Africa.
She didn't pressure us to get more vaccines than we needed. She was informative and responsive.
