Nish showed lots of empathy, consideration and she was helpful in guiding and providing the required prescription. Even when we missed our initial appointment, she was helpful in rescheduling it to a new day.
We had the worst experience today. We brought our 15-month-old baby in for his second vaccination appointment scheduled for 4:25 PM today July 24th. Due to an accident on the 401, we were delayed by about 10 minutes. We called ahead while we were on our way to let them know we were running late, and they were aware that we were minutes away.
