Honestly, she was pleasant. BUT! She used the website of various organizations (most notably CDC) to inform her advice and read it directly. We could have done this at home and saved the $$$$. If we took every suggestion she made for vaccines and meds ... we might even cancel our travel all together over all the risks she presented!!! I had a great experience with Edna. She was very thorough and helpful, answering all our questions and responding promptly when I followed up about something.
Dr Edna spent time with me reviewing options, helping with information so i could assess risk and make comfortable decisions.
Nurse Edna was very thorough in our travel consult for our trip to Africa. She was gentle with needles for my 10 yo as well.
