Kaylaa Bobbitt has a complete understanding of the original Medicare and Supplement plans as well as the Medicare Advantage plans. She always explains the advantages and dis-advantages of both plans and does not pressure you to choose a plan. She has been very helpful for me and my wife in enrolling us in the plan we choose. She very kind, considerate and I highly recommend her.
