Horrible medical industrial complex. They sent the bill as a text to a phone. We did not click the link.....who clicks links to unknown text phone numbers? After 3 mos, instead of calling or sending a bill they sent us to collections. Took me 3 requests to get an itemized bill which finally stated the doctor's name. It was 2 pages of 0.01 charges and reversals until the billing code finally paid out for them....guess they were 'experimenting' to see what worked with the insurance company?
