It's one of Cornwall's OG gyms, I first came here when it was 'Paradise' things have really changed since those days.
The gym is clean. The a/c works great. Lots of equipment. Julie is a wonderful trainer. Had cold water in the shower this morning, hope it’s a one time thing. I’m happy with my membership.
The weight feels a lot lighter than planet fitness. I understand they have more weights but it’s the fact that 80lbs feels like 40lbs at planet and your paying $60 for a month.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful .
