My girlfriend has gallbladder stones, she tried to make a call to the surgeon and when she picked up she clearly heard “I’m not picking this up this call” keep in mind she’s crying just trying to get an answer. The person on the other end the processes to act like an ai assisted voice mail and hang up. This is unacceptable, she was asking a simple question just to get a rude and unprofessional response, I’m sorry if any of you guys experience this, I expected better from this place
I was very satisfied with Dr. Clemens and how I was treated and diagnosed. Friendly enough all around.
Thanks to Dr. Tawnyee and Dr. Beard, my 3-year battle with constant nausea is over. Dr. Tawnyee truly listened and ordered multiple tests that led to gallbladder removal by Dr. Beard. I'm grateful to feel like I have my life back thanks to them. I do want to share one word of caution. Prior to seeing Dr. Tawnyee, I had an appointment with Dr. Alice Tran. Staff is very kind and friendly for the most part. The neurology department is incredible and Dr. Terry Rolan is a wonderful doctor. If you need care in the gastroenterology department I would suggest finding a different place to be seen. Dr. Tawnyee Marzoeki has no compassion or empathy in her visits and makes it abundantly clear you are just another patient; she has no class or decorum and I did not feel welcomed or cared for when I saw her.
