I was billed nearly $500 for a routine follow-up to my annual wellness exam. The appt lasted 5 minutes and wasn't even necessary. This medical group is an unethical bill mill.
I dread coming to this location. The staff at the lab desk are very rude - they talk loudly about customers in dismissive tones (today it was in reference to a woman who’d been waiting a while and they exchanged a conversation about her being “steaming mad”, and she heard the whole thing). My interactions with them have been unpleasant, being impatient with me when I didn’t know where my psychiatrist is physically located (my visits are remote), and challenging me when I said I had new insurance, telling me my old insurance ... read more
For an urgent care there was zero sense of urgency. I willl be seeing a different provider next time.
