The receptionist at Summit ENT Mackenzie is completely unprofessional. We were referred there by our Dr for the ENT and they failed to properly schedule their required visits for seeing a provider. She refused to reschedule and hear us out and eventually hung up on us. We have been patients there for other specialists without a problem over the years and now they are refusing to see our family because Mackenzie claims we lost our temper and that was not the case. I’m completely appalled by this.
The Dr himself was great, the front staff?? I'll find New Dr. They are so rude, when they can be bothered to answer the phone. They will give you attitude if you expect to make an appointment when calling and if you don't leave a message and wait for .. but really sure, they get big mad and their feelings get big hurt and they'll ignore you for weeks as "punishment". I'll never go back... Grow up
Summit had been excellent for me. All the providers I have had to use have been excellent. Really caring, interested Collection of people who work at Summit and I heartily b recommend this to anyone interested in using this clinic
