Very fast and efficient!
Visit with Ann Clements was horrible. Avoid if all possible
Visiting from out of town. Injured my knee (badly) skiing Mount Bachelor. The staff at Summit Health, including at Urgent Care, were incredible. Attentive, communicative and super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend. Debra at the front desk went the extra mile.
All together negative experience. Established care with a Dr., got billed for $200 due to my HSA plan, scheduled a physical for two weeks later for my "free annual wellness exam" only to have my doctor cancel that physical and not notify me. They rescheduled for a year out, refused to recode my first visit as an annual wellness exam to help me avoid the $200 dollar charge. Unhelpful, really poor service, bad communication, and an all around disintrest in their patients needs. Will not be returning.
